How long does it take for the Host to confirm the booking?

We aim to get back to you within a few minutes of your initial booking. During busier times this can take up to a few hours.

How does the payment system work?

Once you’ve browsed through and requested your desired location, the total cost will be held until the booking is either confirmed or denied. At this point it will either be taken or refunded in full.

What if I need the space longer than I've booked?

If you feel you may need additional time, please contact your host beforehand.
