About The Smiths Building
The Smiths Building offers an eclectic mix of collaborative spaces, including a bright, open lounge and a rooftop terrace.
Originally constructed in 1913, the Smiths Building is representative of the local architecture of the area. Although much of the building’s historic features have been stripped back over the years, the TOG team worked with Stiff + Trevillion to build character back into the interiors. The industrial, contemporary design reflects the building’s history.
Built for Smiths Industries, the first makers of motorcar speedometers, we’ve retained historical features and references throughout the Work Space including the Smith’s Industry logo. At one point in time, TOG Head Office was also based here.
With a buzzing, open lounge and coworking area alongside tech-enabled meeting rooms and a rooftop terrace, there’s space for you to sit and relax, catch-up or focus with your team members across all the floors in The Smiths Building.
