The original flooring and stairs have been lovingly restored and the space features high ceilings, cornicing and steel columns.

As a Grade I listed building, you’ll find statement features throughout 19 Eastbourne Terrace. Working with the architects at dMFK, we restored many of the original decorative features – including the mouldings, brick-vaulted ceilings, staircase, cornicing, arches and steel columns.
