Newly created glazed openings at ground level and lower floors maximise daylight across the offices and communal lounges, while the tiered terraces bring it into upper levels. The latticed exterior brickwork by Webb Yates Engineers also allows subtle light to permeate throughout.

York House offers a fully equipped gym operated by fitness experts Manor, providing resistance, cardio, weights and classes for TOG members. You’ll also find a nutritionally balanced café on-site, and a comfortable, spacious screening room.

The upper floors have been redesigned to maximise green space with tiered terraces, including a new terrace stretching the length of the 7th floor and clad in plum-coloured bricks, creating an elegant space for private events.
